07:00 am our driver and tour guide will pick you from your location in Addis Ababa and the driving west will begin shortly after. 150km drive will take you to the Wenchi town tourism authority where entrance tickets will be purchased and an extra half Km drive will bring you to the point where there will be no more driving. from here you will have to climb 4km mountain where you will reach 3350m above see level top of the creator lake. you can take a horse ride or do the trekking on foot. once you climb down the creator lake you have an option to sail on a boat to one of the islands monastery church Kirkos.
